When I was young, I was actually afraid of going to the dentist. So much so that my parents sought out a pediatric dentist. There I found a place where I felt special and my confidence grew. From a fairly young age, I knew I wanted to be a pediatric dentist so that I could ease the fears of children who have dental fears and make going to the dentist a positive experience.
I feel that my practice is a place where a child can feel comfortable and cared for. My friendly, competent staff will help guide your little one during his or her dental visit.
I grew up in Seattle and proudly graduated from Franklin High School where I made lifelong friends and was inspired by great teachers and staff. After completing a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of California at Berkeley (Go Bears!), a Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, and a certificate in pediatric dentistry from Oregon Health & Science University, I returned home to work and be with family.
I practiced for more than seven years in Tacoma before opening my own Seattle Green Lake practice in 1996. I am grateful that my family is just a peaceful walk away, and I have the privilege of providing dental care for children in my community. I love that I love the people I work with, and that we have fun while we work together each day.
Please call my office with any questions you have. I appreciate your trust and the privilege of caring for your children.
